Las ciudades acabadas y en deshuso de el mundo de Romero 2 estßn llenas de sucio y abandonadas. Carros con algunos esqueletos dentro bloquean algunas calles como si hubieran muerto tratando de escapar al caos. Solo los zombies caminan de lado a lado buscando vivos para devorar. Los sobrevivientes y sus descendientes viven en comunidades cerradas que no tienen mßs de 100 personas y que a veces son tan peque±as como 5. Con las armas que tienen y las formas que han encontrado para sobrevivir (saqueando, sembrando o criando animales) protegen los suyos hasta la muerte. Afuera, los zombies siguen caminando y buscando vivos para devorar. Los conocimientos o skills no relacionados a la superviviencia dφa a dφa se han perdido. Conocimientos tecnicos se guardan con mucho celo para mantener plantas electricas, carros y otras mßquinas. Al igual que la medicina. Aunque quedan laboratorios que producen la anti vaccina.

• Zombie Swarm Attack of 8 Zombies or more = Automatically hits for 1d6+1 damage. (Still rolls a 1d20 for bite damage and infection, see below.)
• Zombie Swarm Grapple is 1 + 14 (aid another of seven zombies) = +15. If successfull they do a bite damage.
• Bite Damage Infection is made on a natural 20 roll. Damage 1d6
1 plus Infection.
